Fluid Power / Beg. to Advance (2 ½ hour practice)
This inspiring arrangement of asanas, are laced together with very smooth vinyasa transitions. The class outline will represent a holistic and very balanced routine, with using a variety of poses. You will enjoy the energy, achieve a variety of new poses and move with fluid power. When finished, drift into a blissful deep relaxation followed by a guided meditation.

Yoga Sequencing / All levels (30 min lecture) - This lecture will provide information and suggestions on how to rotate your asana practice, along with cross-training, to achieve a more productive outcome.

Saturday
Handstands / Inversions and Balancing - (Intermediate to Advanced) 2 ½ hour practice
In this class the students will experience a delightful, holistic flow of asana – focused around Handstands, Inversions and balancing in general. Many tips and suggestions will be given as to how we can achieve new poses and refine techniques of existing poses. 

Avoiding and Overcoming Injury (30 – min lecture)
This is a very beneficial topic in today’s yoga society and will be addressed openly, giving suggestions and solutions for common problems

Sunday
Ashtanga Vinyasa – 1st Level Asana Routine (Intermediate and above) 
This class is presented with Doug’s own unique Fluid approach to 1st level Ashtanga Yoga. This class offers the same order of asana, for the first level Ashtanga asana format.  With the addition of a very flowing inspired vinyasa transitions between the asana. Class includes yoga adjustments and pranayama. All levels; welcome.

Enhanced Nutrition for Yogi’s – (30 min – Lecture / Q and A)
In this class - students will explore the foundation of a natural, healthy diet with alternatives to less healthy choices. Essential suggestions will be given.
