My classes are focused on building a strong foundation and are tailored according to the student’s performance, needs, abilities and progress. There is also room for relaxation, laughs, fun and joy

Jennifer teaches Hatha, Vinyasa and Hot yoga.

She got into Ashtanga Yoga during her engineering studies in Germany in 2008, and immediately fell in love with the yoga practice. Since then Jennifer has been a passionate yoga student and later a teacher. She continuously develops her yoga knowledge and keeps herself updated through following different yoga teachers and own research.

Erfaring og yogasertifisering:
Jennifer has kept a daily practice since 2008 and has mainly focused on Ashtanga and Hatha yoga while also including parts from other styles as well.

She completed her TTC in India, Mysore in 2013 and

has been teaching since then for 4 years both in Germany and Norway, Bergen.

She has taught therapy and hatha yoga to a variety of students ranging from teenagers to elderly.
