With a strong base in Hathayoga, Kamaldeep incorporates the general and therapeutic benefits of yoga in her classes. She has completed a year long training (1000+ hours) from India. Her passion for teaching is visible in her classes.
I teach HiYoga Basic, Vinyasa & Hathayoga. In my hours I give many options and levels which make yoga postures accessible for everyone. I do refer the benefits of many postures so it can be practiced by members more often. In my hours you will be relaxed and energized at the same time.
