Stiina Casandra Andersen

Stiina fell in love with yoga because of her own transformative experience with the practice, and since then her passion to share yoga with others has become her reality. Her teaching style is informative, caring and playful. She always aims to create the best possible conditions for you to feel good in your practice, and most importantly: to bring that value off the mat and into your everyday life.


Stiina has been teaching yoga since 2014. She is teaching yoga classes, workshops and retreats both in Norway and overseas.

I teach yoga because I absolutely love it! Yoga has changed my life for the better, and I wish that for everyone who meets me on the mat too. It doesn’t have to be a big revolutionary change, it can just be an everyday recharge and recover, and that is good enough. I started practicing yoga when I was challenged with some serious health issues, and now, years after, I am healed. Today yoga is my main practice to stay grounded, to listen to learn and to simply do what’s needed to be the best version of me that I can possibly be - on and off the mat.
