Registration opens ten (10) days before the workshop. Registration is binding and takes place upon payment at reception.

Workshop 1

This class will teach you the basic moves of Forrest Yoga that will help you to enjoy your practice and boost its effectiveness. It will serve you regardless the style of practice you are committed to. Open to all levels.

Workshop 2

This class will equip you with tools to make gravity your friend. It will be juicy, safe and very fun! All levels are welcome, but it will not be a walk in the park. 


About Ilias

Hi, I am Ilias. A few years back I was suffering from excess anxiety which not only kept me awake at nights but also impacted my breathing. I couldn’t take a proper, deep breath unless I yawned. Ever since I got introduced to yoga I began to feel myself more at the present moment; suddenly, I was more aware of my actions and their outcomes. After a yoga teacher training in India and some teaching time, I was still craving for something more fulfilling. To my surprise, I got introduced to Forrest Yoga and literally got hooked. I knew it was my life call to take the teacher training with Ana Forrest and Jose Calarco. And I was not mistaken; my life was never the same after that and it still remains my best decision ever. The second-best decision was when I quit my job to dedicate my life to spread the transformational tools of Forrest Yoga.

It is my life’s purpose to use the effective tools of Forrest Yoga coupled with my personal experience, to inspire you to live your life to its highest potential. I will teach you to use your strong focus and attention to explore your body and mind in ways that may have been unknown to you. I will teach you how to breathe deeply so you can break free of the automatic way of being and delve deeper into feeling. You will connect the wisdom of the brain with the wisdom of the rest of your body and develop strong intuitive skills.
