Workshop with Jonathan

Learn about the practice of Mindful yoga and how to bring the therapeutic elements of mindfulness and compassion into yoga asana. This workshop will also be an introduction to the Mindful Yoga training that is beginning at Hiyoga in April. Mindful yoga is an effective, evidence-based training to rest in the present moment, get the benefits of a therapeutic yoga practice, and develop a compassionate response to our experiences. It promotes deep relaxation and stress relief, brings clarity and insight into our condition, and fosters beneficial attitudes such as non-judgement and self-kindness.
