Description:

This workshop is all about diving deep into the poses that go into the areas where many of us are restricted most: shoulders, chest, hips, and more. We will use familiar props - bolsters, blocks, blankets and straps - to get the opening experience beyond what’s available with a body alone. This work is supported, but not restorative - be prepared for some challenge that is a part of the path towards opening. Many poses will come with long holds.

Whether you are new to yoga or have spent years practicing and not getting as much of the opening as you would want - come and give it a shot! There is no beating around the bush - we will go straight to the source where restriction hides.

By the end of the workshop you will have a menu of tools to support your regular yoga practice, whether it’s Hatha, Vinyasa or Ashtanga, as well as other activities - training, running, dancing and simply moving graciously through lives.

Come and get a taste of a truly transformative yoga experience.
